Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with European Union consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, please contact us at priamworldwide@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, stating your order number.


Made-to-Order Products

All PRIAM products are made on demand to reduce waste and overproduction.

In accordance with EU consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Items showing signs of wear, use, or washing are not eligible for refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at priamworldwide@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, including:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the issue

We will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Return Shipping Costs

  • For damaged or incorrect items: return shipping is covered by us

  • For valid withdrawals (where applicable): return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer


Refund Processing

Once your return is approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
