PRIAM offers customers a 14-day right to withdraw from their purchase, beginning on the day the order is delivered, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, please contact us at priamworldwide@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, stating your order number.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. Items showing signs of wear, use or washing are not eligible for a refund.
For standard returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, PRIAM will cover the return shipping costs.
