Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are offered to customers who receive incorrect sizing or damaged items.
If this applies to you, please contact us at priamworldwide@gmail.com with photos of the damaged items or the incorrect size and we will arrange a refund/Return with shipping cost being at your expense

Can I exchange an item for a different size/colour?

Although rare, it is possible that an item you have ordered is incorrectly labelled or the sizing being wrong

If this is the case, please let us know at priamworldwide@gmail.com within a week of receiving your order including your order number and photos of the mislabelled item, and we will either send you a new one, or we'll refund your money with shipping cost at your expense

How are your products manufactured?

We work with a distributor of print-on-demand products. They operate all over the world, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the warehouse that can do it the most efficiently!

How can I track my order?


You will receive a tracking link by email when your order is dispatched. If you have any questions about tracking or shipping your order, write to us at priamworldwide@gmail.com.

I have received an incorrect/damaged product, what should I do?

We are very sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged.
To help us resolve this problem quickly, please email us at priamworldwide@gmail.com within a few weeks with photos of the damaged product, your order number and any other details you may have about your order.
